We are overly satisfied with the installation of our new inground pool by Scott and team at Elite Pools by Aloha! After calling and asking for an estimate, Scott was here within a few days and didn’t try to up sell me on things that we wouldn’t need. Scott estimated the project to take around 2-3 months and they finished in about 2 months. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and Scott was so patient and responsive….even if my email/text went to him on the weekend! He always took the time to explain the process and what was coming next. Our pool turned out absolutely beautiful and we have no regrets. Can’t wait for next summer to come!

Scott and the crew at Elite Pools by Aloha were all great. We couldn’t be any more pleased with our pool. We met with Scott in February, made a decision to build a pool and was on the schedule for April, and then we were swimming by the end of June. It would’ve been sooner if the weather had cooperated.

Scott walked us through every step, what to expect, and was always responsive. They have been installing pools for 30-40 years (I can’t remember exactly) and are extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

Not only were they all great during the building process, they have been great to work with all summer as well. From pool school to closing the pool, they have been here to instruct us with proper care and maintenance every step of the way. We have owned a pool before, but this pool has been the easiest and least amount of work. Get the pool cleaner they recommend!! It’s a game changer. I think it’s the pool cleaner and the fact that we were actually taught how to care for a pool properly.

I have recommended them to several friends and family members, and I would recommend them to anyone.
